Apples HCI Product design secrets

I was looking for a book or set of articles that I might purchase or find online, explaining Apples design principles, especially related to the iPhone. I could not find much on iPhone at first, later I did.

Instead, at first, I found an exhaustive Human Computer Interface Fundamentals, Guidelines, and Mac OS X Development guide. It is published freely by apple on the web and as PDF. It hit every single concept that was covered in Dr Norcios HCI Design class that I was in last semester, and the prior subject on HCI that was covered in my class from last weeks Systems Design topic.

If you are curious as to how the #3 largest company in the US makes their product design decisions, here are their secrets:
